Refund policy

 

  1. If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may request a replacement or store credit within 5 days. The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Our team will ensure a quick and hassle-free resolution.
  2. Replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned item and might take 7-10 business days.
  3. Any promotional gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order for a replacement. If it is not send then the product will disqualify for return.
  4. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when requesting replacements, except in cases of DOA (Dead on Arrival) or wrong shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Electronics with manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery. After this period, warranty claims must be addressed with the manufacturer as per the product warranty policy.
  6. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 
  7. The Platform retains the right to cancel any order placed by you, at its sole discretion and shall intimate you of the same by way of an email/SMS. Further, the Platform may cancel an order wherein the quantities exceed the standard for individual consumption or the Platform has reason to believe or suspect that such an order is not placed by a consumer for personal use.
  8. Customers can register their warranty on the Warranty page accessible from the website footer to activate their product coverage.
